At the center of Silverline Visionary’s leadership is Bud Behari, Founder and President. Since establishing the company in 2019, Bud has guided its direction, shaped its approach to direct marketing, and played a central role in developing the team. He remains closely involved in mentoring future leaders, evaluating performance, and helping determine how the company grows across new client opportunities and markets.
Marketing has always intrigued me since I was in junior high school. I always knew that it was going to be my major when I went to college. I graduated with my bachelor’s in Marketing and Business Administration. After graduation, I was working for a mortgage company processing home loans. There was a promise of growth but I saw none of it. The workplace mainly consisted of men and women in their 40’s who were going nowhere anytime soon and were unhappy. I decided to leave and take a safer job as crazy as that sounds.
I then started my career at the NEW YORK CITY DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS. I was a decorated Officer and Captain. I received numerous awards and accolades. My hard work and dedication always seem to drive my performance to the top but I was not properly being rewarded for it. Other colleagues who were doing the work that I was doing were being compensated the same for inferior results. This made me furious. I thank my lucky star that I found opportunity. This management training program rekindled the love I’ve always had for Marketing. I love interacting with people on a personal level and our clients provide us with all the necessary tools we need. I enjoy coaching and mentoring others as well. There is no better feeling than seeing how you’ve positively affected someone’s life. The growth one can experience is limited to your dreams. I know the growth is real because I’ve seen it first hand and I myself am a living example. My goal is to offer the same opportunity that was offered to myself and help mentor, coach, and guide others to operate their own vendor location. There is no better feeling than positively affecting someone’s life. Limits, just like fear, is often an illusion. “
At Silverline Visionary, leadership is about helping people become more capable, confident, and ready for greater responsibility. Managers stay involved in the development process by giving direct feedback, answering questions, and helping team members work through challenges as they gain experience.
We also believe leadership should be earned through performance and demonstrated ability. Team members who show consistency, initiative, and the ability to support others can be given opportunities to take on more responsibility and eventually lead teams of their own.
Our culture at Silverline Visionary is shaped by collaboration, continuous learning, and a willingness to support one another. Team members work closely with people who have more experience, so questions can be addressed quickly and feedback can be applied while the work is still fresh.
We also value initiative and personal accountability. Everyone is expected to take ownership of their performance, respond to feedback, and show that they can handle more as they improve. When someone demonstrates that readiness here, they can be trusted with greater responsibility and opportunities to lead.
Silverline Visionary invests in professional development through practical support that continues beyond onboarding. Team members can benefit from:
These initiatives give employees the support and experience they need to keep developing throughout their time with Silverline Visionary.
Kabrina Sanchez, a Summa Cum Laude graduate from UTPB with majors in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology, contributes her insights to “Murder Mayhem in West Texas.” Passionate about family, sports, and spirituality, she thrives in a dynamic business environment that aligns with her ambition to quickly achieve her financial goals. As an entrepreneur, Kabrina has honed her skills in time management, team building, and relationship building. Remarkably, she is also a 4th-degree black belt in Taekwondo, a World Champion in sparring, and was actively involved in various sports and leadership roles during her high school years. Kabrina’s diverse interests are mirrored in her favorite movies: “Hacksaw Ridge,” “The Grinch,” and “The Wolf of Wall Street.”
My name is Collin Barnard. I graduated from Harborfields High School. I played soccer and wrestled in High School. I applied to the company and I was instantly attracted by the opportunity for growth and to learn about business.
My favorite movie is American Gangster because Denzel is my favorite actor. Fun fact about me is I have a quarter for every state.
My name is Keiron Byrams. I am from Huntington, New York. I graduated from Huntington High School and then went to junior college in Brooklyn. I graduated with an associate degree in business management. I played football in college, and once I decided to move on from football, I went into sales. At first I was a car salesman. I did well for myself but I wasn’t growing in the company.
I always wanted my own business, but I didn’t know where to start. So when I applied this company I saw the growth opportunity within the industry. I instantly knew I made the right decision. This opportunity taught me how to communicate better with people, how to manage myself and a whole team. This opportunity reminds me of my favorite movie Wolf of Wall Street because what you put in is what you get out of it. So just like in the movie if you put your head down and grind the sky is the limit.
