Brand Representative
You’re the face of the brands we represent. In this role, you’ll connect directly with customers, communicate product value, and drive sales in the field. No experience needed, just the energy, people skills, and a willingness to learn.
Business Development Associate
You’ll help identify and pursue new growth opportunities for our clients. Think about building customer relationships, market outreach efforts, and strategy. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting the dots between people and possibilities.
Sales and Marketing Intern

Do I need prior experience in sales or marketing?
Not at all. Most of our team members started with zero experience in the field. We provide all the training you need from day one. All we ask is that you show up with a good attitude and a willingness to grow.
What does the training look like?
From your very first day, you’ll be paired with a mentor who guides you through everything: communication skills, product knowledge, client interaction, and leadership development. It’s hands-on, not just classroom theory.
Can I really move up in the company?
Absolutely. Many of our current managers and team leads started in entry-level positions. We promote from within and give every team member a clear roadmap for advancement.
What kind of growth can I expect in my first year?
A lot, if you put in the effort. Most of our first-year team members walk away with sharper communication skills, real sales experience, and a much clearer sense of where they want to take their career. Many are already moving into leadership tracks within their first 12 months.
